This funding means we are able to further grow our business and spread our message of change, with the appointment of a new member of our close nit, dedicated and professional team.

• Aged between 16-24
• Currently receiving Universal Credit
• Have an allocated Work Coach at the DWP
• Not be in full-time education
• Looking for a new, challenging and rewarding career in recruitment tech then we could have the role for you.

Responsibilities
As recruitment administrator your role will be to ensure the maintenance and growth of the exclusive SupplyNow community, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure candidates find suitable work matches.
Our Supply Heroes’ mean the world to us so you will need to have exceptional customer service skills to maintain hundreds of candidate relationships.
Your duties will include: -
• On boarding new candidates
• Assisting candidates with vetting & compliance
• Formatting CVs
• Designing candidate profiles
• Database management
• Interviewing candidates
• Writing Adverts
• Candidate communication
• Data gathering
• App tech support.

Key Skills
Computer literate
Great personality and exceptional customer service skills
Good telephone manor
Be highly proficient in English, with excellent written grammar and spelling
Ambitious
Hardworking



Location
You will start your role Initially based out of our head office in the beautiful Broadgate Tower, here you will receive all on boarding and training and we will supply you with the tech and access needed to perform your role. Once proficient and confident in the role we will allow the option for a combination of office based and work from home.

Duration
The funding allows us to offer you the role for a minimum of six months, however we hope with your successful contribution to the growth of the business to be able to offer you a full-time contract at the end of the duration.
Hours

You will be working five days per week, Monday – Friday for at least 25 hours a week.
