School Cover Co-ordinator / Manager Required

SupplyNow are seeking an experienced and personable Cover Manager to join this successful and established secondary academy based in the London borough of Bexley.

This is a full-time position and could start either for Easter or in the new academic year, the school will wait for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the same role at another local mainstream secondary school.

This is a happy school and the staff have very long tenures here, this post has become available due to internal promotion.

You will need to have great relationships with internal members of staff to cover the absences internally and minimising use on external agencies.

You will need to have good knowledge of the role and understand how and when to use agencies effectively to assist the staffing levels in the school whist being mindful of the budget.
