Higher Level Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor With Ambition to Teach

Hours: Term time + one week only (39 weeks) – 36 hours per week

Contract: Fixed term to July 2022

Our client school is an ambitious primary school with 650 pupils, its set in extensive grounds on the northern edge of Brent. They are a forward looking school with a vision for excellence in every aspect of our work.

The purpose of this role is to provide higher level teaching assistance and cover supervision across the school as part of a dynamic and highly committed support team. The successful applicant will be an ambitious team orientated individual with proven skills.

Knowledgeable – particularly in pastoral matters, phonics, closing gaps in pupil’s learning and supporting positive learning behaviour

Candidates MUST have Phonics experience, an interest in family liaison, pupil mentoring, pastoral support and a desire to progress into teaching.
