A school based in Redbridge are looking to recruit for a Cover Manager.

The Cover Manager will lead the school’s attendance team in providing operational and administrative support to promote whole schools attendance strategies, to improve attendance and persistent absence in line with schools targets.


The relevant candidate must be able to:

• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Be understanding of staff needs
• Ability to coordinate
• Willing to learn the schools systems
• SIMS trained (if possible)

Your work hours will from 7am to 3pm.

This is a community school that serves a richly diverse area of East London, with many ethnic groups and languages represented. We have good facilities, including sports facilities, and opportunities to teach across the full age range.
